What do I need for the program?
A journal and a pen. It is advised that you keep the journal private so that you can be as honest to yourself as possible.
What is the format of the program?
You will receive one workbook at the beginning of each week. You have to go through the content, do the exercises and write down your reflections for the given journaling prompts.
How much time do I need to invest?
You can set aside 30 minutes every day OR do it as per your own pace with the aim to move on to the next module in the next week.
About 1:1 Guidance and Support
As your guide and facilitator through this journey, I will hold a safe space for you to share anything that comes up during the program and help you navigate it. You can reach out via text or email and I will respond within the day.
You will be encouraged to share feedback about your progress at the end of each week.
